Sloppy editing

While I didn't object to the size of the volume, the typos were distracting, such as "loodshed" rather than "bloodshed", etc. I attempted to contact the publisher and did receive an email response -- in very broken English, which is perhaps a case in point. I would not recommend this particular edition of the NRSV bible.

Large type. No references. However, book is way too bulky and heavy. I ended up getting the NASB Giant print with references and concordance

Received damaged

book was weared out at bottom corner. paint at bottom corner slightly is discolored as well book came with permanent blue mark at bottom of book. hardcover front cover came bent looks like this book may have have been sitting for a while and has been thrown around i assuming but not sure if its the case other then that font is fine maybe a 13 or 14 font size think it is 13 used to be up on american bible society website and said 13 font but they took book off website all around the book looks in good condition except what i mentioned but looks new not brand new in my eyes! also publishing says bible societies not american bible society i am assuming they might be the same not sure you will have to check if that matters to you. i give it a one star because i expected it to say published by american bible society as well print is visible through front and back pages and received book damaged posted pics look at pics for details.
