Great book for universal design

Very practical book on design process when focusing on a solution for people of all kinds and abilities not just for the "average joe". It was part of a class requirement but I will keep this book since I found it to be very nifty and good at explaining complex methods in simple ways and good way to learn a few tricks for being a better designer.
